Where We Can Ship
We can ship to virtually any address in the world because we are part of the associates program with Amazon. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to
international destinations.
Shipping Restrictions
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. In addition, some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific
items to the address you've selected.
How Much Does It Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.
After you place an order, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in your Amazon.com account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail that you will receive from Amazon.com. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in your Amazon.com account.

If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in Your Account. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.
Note: To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

Returns
If you need to return an item, our online Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return shipping label.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Amazon will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Amazon will notify you via e-mail of your refund once they've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. See our Refunds Page for more details.
